Whew...Christmas has come and gone and here we are in a new year! Max is almost 6 months old and his personality is emerging (well, more like exploding!) We cherish our time playing and laughing with him and can't seem to get enough. He is growing and looks more and more like a little boy - not a tiny baby anymore!
We had wonderful trips to both Rapid City and Sioux Falls for the holiday. Max did pretty well on both flights. His bottom two teeth came through just before we left and seemed to be bothering him a bit during our visit which led to some sleep deprivation for all of us...but we survived thanks to many offers to play with Max while we caught a nap or two. As soon as we landed back in Mpls, we headed home to load up a few things and hit the road to SF for a couple more days of celebration.
Max has become quite the smiley flirt...stingy with the laughs but we can get a chuckle or two out of him every so often. He is babbling up a storm - usually "ah" to varying degrees and wakes up most mornings talking happily. He was able to play with Kobe and Penny today (Mitch and Jackie's pups) but they weren't so sure about Max.
